The Delaware County Jail Oversight Board met in July to receive reports on population, behavioral-health trends, capital projects and budgets at George W. Hill Correctional Facility; program and reentry updates; and a presentation by the facilitys food and commissary contractor, Aramark. Board members approved last months minutes and reports and heard public comment criticizing medical care, commissary portions and drug availability in the facility.
