Flagler County commissioners heard extensive public comment from Plantation Bay residents about recurring water-quality problems and pending bids for a reverse-osmosis system, approved consent-agenda purchases and equipment repairs, appointed members to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, and authorized a settlement and remediation plan to make county websites ADA-accessible.
