Following the presentation of the County Administrator's Recommended Budget, county departments and funded not-for-profit agencies have an opportunity to present their budgets at Expanded Budget Committee (EBC) meetings that any legislator may attend. In subsequent voting sessions, the EBC may propose amendments to the administrator’s budget to the full legislature for approval.
