Carroll County local licensing board heard a request from McDaniel College to add six campus locations to its existing liquor license, approved a transfer of Piney Run Liquors’ Class A beer, wine and liquor license to Oldwell LLC (applicant Kunal Patel), and spent the bulk of the meeting reviewing proposed rule changes including public-notice/posting requirements, per-diem (one-day) licenses, inspector cooperation language and acceptable ID types.
