The Riverside County Countywide Oversight Board met in regular session at 9:00 a.m. The board unanimously approved the May 15, 2025 meeting minutes, forwarded the recommended FY 2025–26 budget, approved an amended Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) to reimburse Rancho Mirage for a $3,340,000 debt-service payment, and adopted updated bylaws permitting electronic signatures.
