Fair Oaks Ranch City Council met Oct. 2; council took first votes on a new Unified Development Code and lowering the Rolling Acres speed limit, reviewed a tree-mitigation plan tied to wastewater expansion phase 1, heard proposed updates to the citys financial policy, announced a community Trunk-or-Treat event and completed a closed executive session to finish the city managers annual evaluation.
