The City of Pinole Community Services Commission met Oct. 22, 2025. The commission administered oaths of office to three newly appointed commissioners and celebrated being at full membership. The body reviewed a draft update to its bylaws, voted to forward the draft to the City Council (with one commissioner recorded as opposed), and approved minutes from the Oct. 23, 2024 meeting. Staff provided an events update — Halloween movie (Oct. 24), Veterans Day (Nov. 11), a November craft fair, tree lighting (Dec. 6), holiday breakfast (Dec. 13) and Glow Pinole decorating contest — and confirmed the commission will take its usual November–December recess and resume in January with a proposed work plan.
