Port Richey Planning & Zoning Board heard a developer present a two-phase waterfront redevelopment and held a public hearing and recommendation on amendments to the citys land development code to modernize definitions and reduce off-street parking requirements for senior and special-needs housing. The board voted to recommend the code changes to city council and adjourned.
