Jeff Benton, chair, opened the Nov. 12, 2025 meeting, welcomed new member Doug Crew (Treasurer's representative) and noted attorney Scott Gordon and remote attendees were present. Benton said the agenda was full but expected to move quickly.
At its Nov. 12, 2025 meeting the Delaware County Land Reutilization Corporation approved routine business, adopted a 2026 budget, extended a contract with consultant CEC and authorized grant applications for demolition and brownfield funding, including a resolution to pursue up to $1 million in brownfield grants. The board also approved motions to advance demolition applications and to authorize grant-extension requests while staff continues preparing application materials for multiple county and municipal projects.
