Buncombe County bond oversight committee met to approve its agenda, reappoint its chair, hear updates on bond-funded affordable housing projects and open-space recommendations, and receive a finance/audit update; staff said several housing projects remain in complex lender-driven closing processes and the passive recreation subcommittee will recommend seven open-space projects to the Board next Tuesday.
