Dallas County Commissioners Court held a special call on Nov. 17, 2025, to formally canvas precinct returns from the Nov. 4, 2025 constitutional amendment/special and joint election and to authorize the county judge to sign the canvas. During the brief session a commissioner raised complaints about voting machines overheating and long lines in a Glen Heights precinct and asked elections staff to investigate.
