Chair Brightman called the meeting to order and staff called roll. Commissioners Ash, Patch, Reese, Vice Chair Kreling and Chair Brightman were noted as present; student commissioner Kirsch was absent at roll call.
The Walnut Creek Transportation Commission met Nov. 20, 2025, to review three major items: a concept design and funding update for the Walnut Creek BART Station shared mobility hub and Innovate 680 program; the citys downtown curbside management plan (the commission voted to recommend council adoption); and early-stage multimodal improvements for Oakland Boulevard with a $9.6 million budget request. Commissioners asked detailed questions about parking impacts, safety at the Ignacio/Oakland intersection, developer entitlements affecting Phase 3, and outreach plans.
