Coos County Board of Commissioners adopted a supplemental budget, approved several personnel and contracting actions (including parks and a culvert repair), approved sale of the Carl Road property to Alternative Youth Activities (AYA) with an access agreement, approved mediation contract amendments, and heard public comment on parks fees, unions and mental-health funding.
