Village Board received a consultant presentation on proposed downtown transit-oriented zoning updates and took several votes including approving a special allowance for metal-clad (MC) cable at the Itasca Station project, a sidewalk-cutting contract amendment, a tax levy estimate and other consent items; board also extended the village administrators employment agreement after closed session.
