The Volusia County Charter Review Commission reviewed 16 staff-drafted charter amendment proposals, heard public comment (on culture, conservation, potable water reuse, and a citizens bill of rights), received a presentation on forms of county government, voted to remove two proposed items from the draft package and refer them to a recommendation letter, and established three subcommittees to draft and study proposed changes.
