Upson County Board of Commissioners met Nov. 25 to handle routine business, approve updates to the county alcohol ordinance and license fees, consider multiple subdivision moratorium exemptions, and hear a lengthy request from the tax commissioner for security for his office and staff ahead of a planned move to the Drake Building.
