Emmaus Borough Council met on Dec. 15, 2025, approving a slate of 2026 ordinances and resolutions including the 2026 tax levy and fee schedule, authorizing summer concerts with on-site alcohol sales at the Triangle, and approving several developer security reductions after engineer certification. Councilwoman Baumgartner, in her final meeting, received a plaque and delivered a farewell statement.
