Chair John Baker called the Planning & Zoning Commission to order at 7:07 p.m. and asked commissioners to introduce themselves: Deborah Johnson, John Scott, Michelle Sandoval Cabanas, Aaron Farner, Bill Schlegel, Ross Brensinger, Andrew Young and Chair John Baker were recorded as present.
Keller Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of a temporary accessory dwelling permit for 715 Barbara Lane and unanimously recommended a two-year extension and site-plan amendment for a new Frost Bank with a variance for drive‑through stacking; the commission also approved variances for Highland Terrace mobile home lots and a lot‑coverage variance in Old Town. These recommendations will go to Keller City Council on Jan. 6, 2026.
