Polk County Commissioners Court met Dec. 9 in Livingston, Texas. The court presented local awards, approved routine personnel actions and payroll payouts, authorized several contracts and amendments (including an amendment to the courthouse architecture contract and a new jail laboratory services agreement), approved budget revisions and a fireworks decision for the holiday period, and set the upcoming meeting schedule.
