Hardin County Commissioners Court met Dec. 23, 2025. The court approved routine minutes, cash and bill reports, multiple budget amendments, awarded NRCS watershed repair bid, authorized a five-year tax abatement for AGR Enterprises (with corrections to the agreement), adopted two resolutions including recognition of retiring Chief Deputy Mark Minton, and approved several contract renewals and project design agreements.
