The Clay County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday, Dec. 30 to approve routine agenda items and minutes, approve payroll and bills, authorize a rehire in the CLPS transition program, sign a 2026 contract with Lakeland for a nonsecure 30-day evaluation program (2% increase), approve two RN hires for the withdrawal management detox facility, and decline to repurchase four parcels formerly held for the Fargo–Moorhead flood diversion project.
