St. Croix County Community Development Committee met Oct. 16, 2025. Members elected a new chair and vice chair, approved two rezonings, tabled a conditional-use application for camper/shed storage pending additional materials, approved a conditional-use permit for a sawmill with conditions, approved a handyman CUP with conditions (one dissent), authorized county counsel to negotiate a joint-development agreement review with outside counsel for the proposed Xcel/"10 Mile Creek" solar project, adopted a 2026 fee schedule and discussed future agenda items.
