The Jennings County Development Commission met Dec. 18 to hear a presentation from consultants on a traffic and land-use study for areas near the bypass and to approve an outstanding invoice to consultant Strand. Commissioners provided site-by-site input on likely development sites and asked staff to confirm access and traffic assumptions for the study.
