Volusia County Charter Review Commission held a meeting that included public comment on arts, parks and conservation; a presentation by Lynn Tipton on charter forms and governance options; and commission discussion that led to formation of subcommittees to consolidate and draft proposed charter amendments and a recommendation letter to the County Council.
