City of New Rochelle Committee of the Whole heard a presentation on a proposed Local Road Safety Action Plan tied to the federal Safe Streets for All program, approved formation of a committee to develop the plan, and reviewed a proposed participatory budgeting pilot and several consent items including grant acceptances and eminent domain authorizations.
