The Committee on International Legal Affairs heard public testimony in support of Resolution 25-313 backing city bus workers and voted to defer action until next month to allow collective-bargaining talks to continue; the committee also met in executive session and recommended reporting out settlement authorizations for two lawsuits against the City and County of Honolulu.
