The San Rafael Board of Library Trustees met on Jan. 13, 2026, approved updated facility-use guidelines that expand behavior and enforcement language across library and recreation sites, elected Mary Kyle as chair and Sunny Lee as vice chair, made appointments to a Measure P stakeholder committee, and received updates on staffing, branch projects, a $10,000 Carnegie gift and a forthcoming Measure D parcel-tax renewal.
