The East Grand Rapids Planning Commission approved a site plan to add parking capacity to the hospital campus’ north ramp on Wealthy Street after hours of technical presentations and public comment. Commissioners attached several conditions, including post-construction traffic and lighting studies and requirements to maintain certain off-site parking leases and parking-management measures.
