Public Art Review Board heard extended public opposition to placing 22 interpretive signs and a sculpture on the Starkweather Path, reviewed a package of five downtown public artworks and voted to advance the proposals to the City Council for final approval; the board also appointed Vice Chair Zhao to serve as chair beginning in April.
