The Reno Redevelopment Agency advisory board reviewed and unanimously recommended approval of a staff-negotiated term sheet with Nevada Land and the Reno ACES to restructure stadium agreements, secure the team through 2049, transfer the stadium to Nevada Land, and shift a $1,000,000 annual payment to the RDA rather than the city general fund. The recommendation moves to the Reno City Council on Jan. 28 for consideration.
