The Dripping Springs Planning & Zoning Commission on Aug. 27 considered two linked sidewalk-variance requests for the Hardy subdivision, denied the applicant's request to waive sidewalks and fee-in-lieu for Hardy Road, upheld the DRC recommendation on internal sidewalks, denied a conditional use permit for a mobile food vendor, and heard a proposal for a stealth cell tower (CUP) that staff recommended with a 100-foot height limit.
