The Special Rules Committee met to hear three resolutions: a student-led request to designate a Fentanyl Awareness Day during Red Ribbon Week; a pedestrian-visibility awareness resolution urging use of reflective clothing and partnerships to improve safety; and a resolution encouraging local celebrations for the nation’s 250th anniversary. All three resolutions were approved by voice votes and will move on in the rules process.
