At its Oct. 7, 2025 meeting the Northlake Board of Adjustment heard a staff briefing on a draft ordinance to assign building-and-standards duties to the board and approved a variance to reduce a side-yard setback from 15 feet to 10 feet for an accessory structure at 3701 Ridgepointe Drive (Stardust Ranch Phase 2).
