Jefferson Parish Ethics and Compliance Commission met Jan. 21, 2026. Commissioners accepted the resignation of Chair Chris Clement, elected Frank Young chair and Monica Pierre vice chair, adopted a resolution urging the parish president and council to allow the Inspector General to educate employees, heard audits including an LCMC/West Jefferson audit and a hiring-practices evaluation, and appointed a member to the quality assurance review committee.
