Wyoming Senate convened for floor session including recognition of the state Teacher of the Year, introduction and roll-call of several bills (including a stormwater drainage utility bill), and an extended Committee of the Whole review of the biennial budget (Senate File 1) with multiple agency-level funding changes and targeted additions. Several election-related bills were advanced out of committee of the whole.
