County Judge Tim O'Hare called the meeting to order and the court recorded presence of county commissioners and made opening housekeeping remarks. Invocation and pledges followed.
Tarrant County Commissioners Court met Feb. 10, 2026. The court opened with condolences for former Fort Worth councilwoman Gina Bivens, recognized long‑service employees and several school athletic teams, approved consent items and a range of contracts and grants, and conducted extended, heated public debate over a state ICE/immigration enforcement grant and a new agenda/decorum policy. Several items about jail capacity, juvenile services staffing and attorney‑wheel assignments drew sustained public comment. The court recessed twice and approved multiple appointments and procurement items.
