The Bloomington Common Council met Oct. 16, 2024. Members received a presentation from Linda Grove Paul of the Stride Center on crisis response and mobile services, approved an appropriation to fund a deputy clerk position, made appointments to the Community Advisory on Public Safety Commission, introduced several salary and traffic ordinances for first reading, and heard multiple public commenters on sidewalks, youth services, and public property.
