Stafford County Board of Supervisors held a work session to review the proposed comprehensive-plan amendments and zoning ordinance changes for data centers and to give staff direction on the FY2027 budget calendar. The board agreed to advertise a joint public hearing with the Planning Commission on the draft data-center rules and asked staff to return with scaled setback options and clarifying materials.
