The Wellington Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board met Feb. 19 and heard a staff briefing on an RTP grant application for exercise equipment at Village Park and approved a village-initiated comprehensive plan amendment (PZ0368 / Ordinance 202504) to change the 71.28-acre site known as K Park to a mixed-use land-use designation; the board opened and closed a public hearing with no public speakers and approved the ordinance unanimously.
