Lock Haven City Council met on Feb. 2, 2026. Council approved a series of routine permits, street closures and appointments, debated the low number of bids on a major waterline contract and a recommendation from the city engineer to reject all bids, and authorized staff to pursue interim financing and an RFP to bridge funding for the wells and mains project.
