Public commenters and service providers pressed the Washington County Board of Commissioners to preserve the county's Single County Authority for drug and alcohol services and to make opioid-settlement funding decisions more transparent; the board also approved a series of routine contracts, leases and provider agreements, including an oil-and-gas lease and multiple tower license agreements.
