Noble County planning commissioners held a regularly scheduled meeting that included election of officers, consideration of a reappointment to the DPA, approval of addresses and minutes, subdivision and zoning reports, a lengthy discussion about a proposed conservancy district (West Lakes) and concerns about state preemption of local zoning rules.
