The Tehama County Transportation Commission met Feb. 23, 2026, and approved routine minutes and claims, adopted a finding on unmet transit needs that directs staff to study options (including potentially splitting two bus routes), authorized distribution and transfer of local transportation funds, and authorized submittal of a BUILD discretionary grant application and required match certifications for the Lake California Drive reconstruction project.
