The Citrus County Special Library District Advisory Board convened, swore in new and reappointed members, and spent the bulk of the meeting debating a board memberraised concern that library displays show "viewpoint discrimination." The board moved the item for county commission/policy review, heard many public comments both for and against, and received updates on library services, youth programming and community engagement work.
