The City of Kiel council met and approved routine minutes and financial items, approved a liquor license transfer for a restaurant at the former Stonebaker site, authorized a software contract for Kiel Utilities with Professional Computer Solutions, made committee appointments for the city administrator, accepted a Piggly Wiggly donation to the fire department and adjourned.
