City and county officials met to reconstitute the City of Coldwater Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, review a proposed plan to use a housing-eligible brownfield tax-increment capture to fund infrastructure for the Western Meadows residential development, and vote to recommend the plan to city council and elect a chair.
