The Spring Grove Area School District board met for its regular voting meeting. The board unanimously approved a five-year contract to appoint Daphne Kirkpatrick as superintendent and voted to study a rear access road to the high school; members also debated a 6.78% increase tied to York County School of Technology budget (largely attributed to a multi-year bus purchase).
