The New London Common Council met to approve routine business including $1.52 million in bill payments, several contracts and parking ordinances, a 1.5% hiring compensation adjustment, and received committee reports (planning, public works, finance, parks, economic development). The council also proclaimed April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month and heard a public comment from CAP Services.
