Nelson County Board of Supervisors met Oct. 8, 2024 in Lovingston and approved the schematic design for a new Social Services building, committed $10,000 to a regional housing study, authorized a Registrar lease expansion, approved sheriff office equipment and a traffic-enforcement deputy funded by fines, and approved several resolutions and appointments.
