Adams County commissioners held routine business and heard several staff updates, approved routine claims and payroll, accepted federal grants for bridge and safety projects, approved a resolution to allow automatic vendor electronic payments, and asked the county attorney to draft an ordinance limiting commercial use of public-records requests.
